GB / T 2828.1 sampling inspection procedures by attributes - Part 1: sampling plans for batch inspection retrieved by acceptance quality limit (AQI).
3 Classification
3.1.1 model: b90-1, b90-3, b90-6, b130-1, b130-3, b130-6, b160-1, b160-3, b160-6
3.1.2 specification: IML, 2M1, 3M1, 6m1 (preservation tube 75mm, 100mm, 130mm)
4 technical requirements
4.1 appearance requirements
-The virus sampling tube shall be used for secondary preservation. The appearance of the tube shall be uniform, transparent, bright and clean as a whole, free of oil and bubbles: the preservation solution shall be colorless, transparent or light red, and shall not have particles or impurities.
4.2 pH requirements of preservation solution
The pH standard range of preservation solution is required to be 7. ± 0.5
4.3 storage liquid volume requirements
According to different liters, the volume of preservation solution shall be 1mi, 2mi, 3MI and 6m1, and the error shall be less than 110%
4.4 tightness
When the cap of the storage tube is tightened, there shall be no leakage of storage solution.
5 inspection method
5.1 appearance inspection
Under natural light, through visual inspection and hand feeling, the results shall meet the requirements of 4.1.
5.2 pH detection of preservation solution
Take out the preservation solution, measure the pH value with the pH meter for 3 times at 25 ° C, and take the average value, which shall meet the requirements of 4.2.
5.3 detection of storage solution
Put the test tube with preservation solution on the electronic balance, weigh it and record M1: then suck out all the liquid in the test tube and weigh it as m2. The staining of m1-m2 shall meet the requirements of 4.3.
5.4 tightness test
After sealing the preservation portion with preservation solution, turn it upside down for 6h to see if there is liquid exudation, which shall meet the requirements of 4.4.
6 storage
The products shall be stored at 2-35 ° C in a non corrosive gas and well ventilated warehouse with a shelf life of 1 year.
7 transportation
The products shall be loaded and unloaded with care during transportation to avoid product damage caused by extrusion. It is forbidden to put them upside down during stacking
8 sampling scheme
Five samples are randomly sampled from each batch for sampling inspection.
Conclusion: all items meet the technical requirements and the products are judged as qualified.
